Hannah is best known for her two series: The Honeychurch Hall Mysteries and The Vicky Hill Mysteries.

The Honeychurch Hall series follows a former celebrity antique dealer named Kat Stanford and her mother Iris who just so happens to be a romance writer. The books have a real love for the grand old houses in the world as it is set on a crumbling English country estate which make them a great cozy mystery series. Many people also really enjoy the realistic nature of the mother-daughter relationship and all the issues that can come with those.

Her Vicky Hill Mysteries series focuses on a young reporter who leaves the city and gets off to a small English market town where her parents went on the run from an armed robbery years ago. She gets a job writing the obituary column which isn’t quite what she had in mind and hopes to work her way as a journalist, getting a juicy front page scoop. The book is beloved for bringing an eccentric British custom to the forefront. Things like snail racing and worm charming aren’t just Hannah being creative, they are very British customs.

Dennison is said to be working on a new series that is based on a small island in the Isles of Sicily off the Cornish Coastline. The book will focus on two sisters that inherit a crumbling art deco hotel. The two are sure to get in mystery situations and this looks like another cozy hit for Dennison.
