James Rollins Books

Going by the pen name of James Rollins, James Paul Czajkowski was born on August 20, 1961 in Chicago Illinois. He is an American writer of mystery, techno-thriller and action -adventure /thriller novels. The former Sacramento, California vet uses a combination of research, imagination and experiences from his travels all over the world to pen explosive and eye-opening books that keep readers turning pages. His experiences in scuba diving and as an amateur spelunker have aided him in writing content for his novels as well. He has also used his James Clemens alias to publish fantasy novels like,Wit’ch Storm,Wit’ch Gate,Shadowfall,(2005) Hinterland(2006), Wit’ch Fire, Wit’ch War, and Wit’ch Star.

James Rollins is the brains behind international thrillers that have so far been translated into more than forty world languages. James Rollins has received several awards for his work that has captured the interests of many fans. Among his awards are the Reviewers Choice Awards Thriller that he won for the Bone Labyrinth. The same book was also a top pick for the RT Book Reviews and got a starred review for the 2015 RT book list. The Doomsday Key 2009 Library Journal earned him a starred review. The Ransom and the Skull King’s Shadow was nominated for the Bluebonnet Award while the Judas Strain was a finalist in the suspense category in the 2008 Audies. James Rollins Books into Movies

Dino de Laurentiis won the rights to produce the books in the Sigma series by Jame Rollins into a movie called Sigma Force. The film will not be adapting any of the novels but will focus on tackling a new story in the world so as to start a franchise. The series is mainly about a Department of Defense program beneath the Smithsonian museums in Washington D.C. The program is a secret and “killer scientists” use covert research and ops to handle scientific threats. However that was back in2 010 and de Laurentiis passed away soon after. It’s currently still listed as in development.
